    We investigated the expression a distribution of class III beta-tubulin and GFAP. We found that class III beta-tubulin is constitutively coexpressed with GFAP in midgestational human fetal astrocytes. This indicates that betaIII-tubulin is not neuron specific.

    Byla porovnávána exprese a distribuce betaIII-tubulinu a GFAP u lidských fetálních astrocytů. Bylo zjištěno, že betaIII-tubulin neni neuronálně specifický, protože je konstitutivně koexprimován s GFAP v lidských fetálních astrocytech.
