    AnnotationThree grampositive bacterial strains (Bacillus amyloliquefaciens 3129, Lactobacillus helveticus CH-1, and Rhodococcus sp.) were applied to develop new microbiological experimental methods of Visual Image Analysis for biotoxicity evaluation of porphyrin films producing singlet oxygen. A photosensitive layer prepared by entrapment of tetrakis(N-methylpyridinio)porphyrin (TMPyP) into a silica matrix prepared from tetramethoxysilan (TMOS)was used as a model photosensitive polymer.
