    Interspecific hybrids and allopolyploids often silence expression of ribosomal genes inherited from one paternal species. This phenomenon, known as nucleolar dominance, was studied at the population level in recent allotetraploids Tragopogon mirus and Tragopogon miscellus.

    Mezidruhoví hybridi a allopolyploidi často umlčují expresi ribozomálních genů původem od jednoho z rodičů. Tento fenomén, známý jako jadérková dominance, byl studován na recentních allotetraploidech rodu Tragopogon, T. Mirus a T. miscellus.
