    Self-consistent calculations of single (K) over bar -nuclear states and multi (K) over bar -nuclear states are briefly reviewed. Dynamical effects for (K) over bar deeply bound nuclear states are studied within the relativistic mean-field (RMF) approach. By varying the strength of (K) over bar -nucleus interaction, we cover a wide range of binding energies B (K) over bar. Our calculations provide a lower limit Gamma((K)) over bar = 50 +/- 10 MeV on the widths of (K) over bar nuclear bound states for binding energy in the range B (K) over bar similar to 100-200 MeV. Substantial polarization is found in light nuclei for deeply bound (K) over bar nuclear states, with central nuclear densities about twice higher than for the corresponding nuclei without (K) over bar. Multi-(K) over bar nuclear calculations indicate that the binding energy per (K) over bar meson saturates upon increasing the number of (K) over bar mesons embedded in the nuclear medium.
