    AnnotationThe PKB/Akt signaling pathway, frequently hyperactivated in human cancer, is negative regulated by PTEN and SHIP2 phosphatases. Human cancer cell lines lacking both of these negative regulators are substantially more sensitive to antiproliferative effect of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
