The article deals with problem of interaction between pelvic bone and cemented acetabular component in light of contact stress distribution in subchondral bone. To solving this problem was creating two EF models. First models is inaccurate implanted in pelvic bone and this model is compared with model with ideal position of acetabular component in the pelvic bone.

Článek se věnuje problematice interakce mezi pánevní kostí a cementovanou acetabulární komponentou. Zaměřuje se na zjištění velikosti a charakteru rozložení kontaktního napětí v subchondrální kosti pro některé typy imperfekcí v cementové vrstvě. Pro tento účel byly vytvořeny MKP modely pánevní kosti s implantovanou acetabulární komponentou. Výsledky z těchto analýz byly porovnány s výsledky z MKP modelu s ideálním umístěním acetabulární komponenty.
