After premagnetizing the magnetic hard Co85Ni15 is strong magnetic field the hysteresis loop of the soft magnetic core is shifted towards the direction of the premagnetizing field. This shift is ascribed to magnetostatic field due to uncompensated magnetic poles at the edges of the hard layer.
