An efficient synthesis of fluorescent coumarin-nucleoside conjugates via Cu(I) catalysed Huisgen 1,3-dipolar cycloaddition is described.
V článku je popsaná efektivní syntéza fluorescenčních konjugátů kumarir-nukleosid. Cu(I) katalyzovanou Huisgenovou 1,3-dipolární cykloadicí jsme z azidonukleosidů a derivátů kumarinu připravili konjugáty.
