restituční předpisy v ČR měly za cíl zmírnit majetkové křivdy, k nimž došlo v období mezi 25.2.1948 a 31.12.1989. Z právního hlediska by jistě byla zajímavá analýza, zda byla vždy v praxi naplněna litera zákona a zda při odstraňování bezpráví nedocházelo u některých k pochybení a nesprávnostem.

The objective of restitution regulations in the Czech Republic was the mitigation of property wrongs suffered between 25 February 1948 and 31 Dezember 1989. A legal analysis whether the letter of the law has always been complied with and whether the remedy of wrongs has not resulted in some faults and incorrect decisions would be interesting.
