V článku se autor zamýšlí nad rozvojem internetu, se kterým souvisí stále narůstající počet aktivních i pasivních uživatelů. Dále o tom, že je třeba regulovat nové právní vztahy, které vznikají v souvislosti s rozvojem informačních a komunikačních technologií, zejména internetu. Jedním z problémů je právní regulace nevyžádaných a obtěžujících sdělení - problematika tzv. spamu.

The author considers the development of internet connected with ever increasing number of active and passive users. It is necessary to regulate legal relations originating in connection with the development of information and communication technology, particularly internet. One of the problems is the legal regulation of unsolicited and annoying communications ů the so called spam.
