AnnotationTwo-mica granites in the southwestern part of the Southern Bohemian Batholith in the area between the towns Nové Hrady and Trhové Sviny are divided into the equigranular Mrákotín type and the porphyritic Číměř subtype. Both are peraluminous, fractionated monzogranites with rather uniform major element geochemistry. They have high LREE/HREE, high contents of Rb and Th and low concentrations of Sr and Yb.
