AnnotationIt was examined whether administration of APC at the site od HPV 16-associated tumours can inhibit their growth and whether the efficacy of esteblished DC lines is comparable to that of fresh BMDC. The result suggest that local increase in the number of DC can inhibit progression of tumours and that DC may be used for delivery of therapeutic vaccines against HPV 16 neoplasms. The efficacy of established lines and fresh DC was comparable.
