Clinical impact of sc administration of IL-2 and/or IFNÓ was studied in pediatric patients with Hodgkin lymphoma and sarcoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, peripheral neuroepithelioma, neuroblastoma, and embryonic carcinoma after autologous PBSC transplantation.T and NK cell proliferation and induction of surface adctivation markers were followed. No significant clinical benefit of the immunotherapy was observed.
