The inverse Laplace transformation method was used to interpret the time-resolved emission spectra of Sr* and describe the dynamics of the laser plume formed in the laser ablation of Pb-Bi-Sr-Ca-Cu-O. Three kinds of processes characterized by rate constants b1, b2 and b3 were found in the laser plume.
