Associative ionization reactions of excited sodium species with water, acetonitrile, benzene, acetone, diethylether, ethanol, methanol, ammonia, l-propanol, n-butyl alcohol and dimethyloxane in fast flow reactor this is the first reported heteronuclear associative ionization reaction of excited sodium ions with these ligands assessment of relative extent of interaction of sodium atoms with benzene compared to above mentioned ligands-binding energy of Na+ with benzene exceeds that with water.
