Action International Conference on Phenomena in Ionized Gases/25./ Event date 17.07.2001-22.07.2001 VEvent location Nagoya Country JP - Japan Event type WRD Language eng - English Country JP - Japan Keywords plasma Subject RIV BL - Plasma and Gas Discharge Physics CEZ AV0Z2043910 - UFP-V Annotation Structure and stability of plasma flow in the region upstream of anode attachment was investigated. Fourier spectra of oscillations at various positions along the jet showthat the second and third harmonics of the basic frequency appear with increasing distance from the nozzle. The shape of isophotes of jet images obtained by a CCD camera corresponds to sausage instability, i.e. it does not depend on azimuthal co-ordinate.
