Článek popisuje některé projekty popisující degradaci radiových vln v atmosféře (projekty COST255, Interkosmos...) a činnost vybraných českých institucí (TESTCOM, Ústav fyziky atmosféry) v tomto oboru.

The article describes some projects focusing on the description of atmospheric degradation of radio waves from satellites (projects COST255, Interkosmos...) and activities of selected Czech instituties (TESTCOM, Institute of Atmospheric Physics of the ASCR) in this area.
