Příspěvek je založen na příkladech reflexí,(sebereflexí) a kolektivních reflexí učitelů. Vychází z přesvědčení, že kultivace učitelovy sebereflexe a systematické provádění kolektivní reflexe může změnit charakter a zvýšit kulturu matematického vzdělání.

Contribution is based on the samples of reflections (selfreflections) and collective reflections of teachers starting point is belief that the cultivation of selfreflection and systematical realisation of collective reflection can change character and improve quality of mathematics education.
