Monitorování expozice a zdravotních důsledků expozice má v České republice dlouholetou tradici.
A review on air pollution monitoring and health effects of exposure in the Czech Republic. Main results of the Teplice Program (a complex international project studying the impact of air pollution on the health of population, 1991-1999) are described. Trends and perspectives in the development of air pollution and proposed measures to decreasing the content of pollutants in air, drinking water and food are given.
