A 45-year-old woman had symmetrical livid plaques with yellowish hyperkeratoses for 5 years, which progrressed on to the fingers and toes and on the soles of the feet. A sken biopsy revealed massive collagen hyaline degeneration in the perivascular area, hyperkeratosis and hypergranulosis.
