Ferrofluid-modified baker's yeast has been used as an adsorbent to remove various dyes from solution. It was observed that heated magnetically modified cells can serve as a promising adsorbent. Model dyes were represented by triphenylmethan and heteropolyaromatic dyes.Obtained results show that maximum adsorption capacity was relatively high.
