AnnotationSpatial distribution of needles along the Norway spruce axis is responsible for the distinctive light environment with the shoot. One technique that is possible to use for the spatial assessment of the fluorescence signals is the Kinetic Imaging Fluorometry (KIF). Using the FluorCam instrument that is able to measure KIF it is possible to sense fluorescence signal, according to its spatial distribution, on the Norway spruce shoot.
