The three-stage sequential extraction procedure for speciation of potentially toxic elements As, Cd, Cr, Mn, Ni, Pb, Zn was applied to establish their distribution in urban dust collected in Prague tunnels ů in subway and road Letná. Relatively high concentrations of analytes were found in subway dust, extensively present in mobil fraction, compare with road tunnel dust. Analytes were determined by ICP-AES and GF AAS methods. Phase composition results and some macro-elements are included.
