Annotation
The SFE apparatus was connected with an HPLC by a laboratory-developed interface. Several extraction of pyrethrin spiked water were done to find out appropriate extraction conditions (pressure and temperature) to improve and evaluate the method (standard addition, calibration on internal standard).
