In situ trapping of selenium hydride in graphite furnace followed by atomic absorption spectroscopy as a very sensitive method suitable for determination of very low selenium contents in biological samples. Efficiency of single steps of analysis, including digestion of samples, were checked with radiotracer indicators 75Se. Analysed were human bone samples from archaelogical findings and the whole blood.
