AnnotationRapid separations of DNA sequencing fragments and amplified fragments carrying mutations demonstrated the positive effect of elevated temperature and highly alkaline background electrolyte on the minimum separation time. The implementation of capillary array electrophoresis with comprehensive fraction collection in the fields of gene expression analysis and mutation discovery were shown.
