Behavior of two different fractions of electrically conducting polymer polyaniline was studied with the aim to be able to characterize them using the method of capillary zone electrophoresis. An active electrophoretic migration and full separation of the PANI fractions was achieved by MEKC with negatively charged SDS micelles. With this method, a reliable qualitative as well as quantitave analysis was performed in the concentration range 0.1-1.6 mg/ml with reproducibility of migration times better than 1.5 percent.
