Annotation
Czech border regions mostly defined as a peripheric and lagging behind got a new chance to develop themselves in 1990ies. The presence and near future will show up to what extent the borderland is the barrier or the place for interposition (the principle of neighbour diffusion). The conditions for better cooperation are basically without concern although with the knowledge of differences with the EU countries.
