V ČR se po 1.1.2002 očekává nárůst zatížení domácností výdaji na nájemné a větší diferenciace cen nájemného v jednotlivých regionech. Současný systém příspěvku na bydlení v ČR není schopen tyto regionální rozdíly zohlednit, proto je podstatná část práce věnována komparaci dvou vybraných modelů adresného příspěvku na nájemné, které by bylo možno využít v českém prostředí. Description in English The first part of the study forms the description of housing allowance systems in selected EU countries. A greater burden of rent expenditure by households and higher regional differentiation in rent prices could be expected in the Czech Republic since 1.1.2002. The present system of housing subsidy in the Czech Republic is not able to respect this differentiation, therefore the attention is paid to the comparison of two selected models of rent allowances, which could be applicable in the Czech conditins.
