Annotation
Cílem této studie je stanovit, zda se spokojenost lidí s jejich příjmy a pocit, že jejich příjem je nespravedlivý, změnil mezi červnem 1991 a zářím 1995. Posuzuje se zde také, které faktory a jakým způsobem ovlivnily tyto pocity. Autorka ověřuje dvě hypotézy ohledně vztahu mezi spravedlivým odměňováním a příjmem: spravedlivé odměňování jako paraboické a jako logaritmické funkce příjmu.
Description in English
The aim of the study is to determine whether peoples satisfaction with their income and their sense that their income is unust chaged between June 1991 and September 1995. It also considers which factors influenced these feelings and in what way. Two hypotheses about the relation between just evaluation and income are tested: justice evaluation as a parabolic and as a logarithmic function of income.
