The result of the czech Parliamentary elections in 1998 were analyzed from the pooint of view of differentiation of the stable and new voters and of those who changed their voting between 1996 and 1998. This method revealed that the social experience of new voters and otherwise voting citizens decided according to their newly acquired social experience whatseems to be a test in favor of the gradualist, "transformation" approach.
