Studie se zabývá faktem, že text prvních článků synodálních statut pražského arcibiskupa Jana z Jenštejna z 18.10.1385 je téměř identický s provinciálními statuty arcibiskupa Kakuba Swinky ze synody v Leczyci.

The author points out the fact that the text of the first articles of synodal statutes issued by the Prague Archbishop Jan of Jenštejn on October 18, 1385, are almost identical with the wording of provincial statutes of Archbishop Jakub Swinka from a synod held between October 24 (?) and 26, 1287, in Leczyca. The author concludes that Jenštejn took Crescente cottidie from Poland.
