AnnotationThe relationship between the structure and function of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae Na+/H+ has been studied. The antiporter 's long C-terminus is not necessary for either the proper localization or substrate recognition. Hower, special regions of C-terminus play role in the cation efflux velocity.
