AnnotationWide range dielectric response (10 2 -10 14 Hz) of model relaxor ferroelectrics PMN and PLZT are analysed and the common features are emphasised. Dynamics of polar nanoclusters are considered to be responsible for the relaxor behaviour. relaxational dielectric dispersion in a wide frquency range (10 2 -10 14 Hz), characteristic for the relaxor ferroelectrics, was also observed in doped quantum paraelectric.
