    AnnotationThe LiCoO2 cathode films were prepared by radio frequency (RF - 13.56 MHz) magnetron sputtering in the argon-oxygen atmosphere from a 55 mm diameter targets. The targets were prepared from a LiCoO2 commercial powder (Aldrich, 99.8% purity), pressed into pellets and sinteredat 800°C for 40 hours. carbon samples were sputteredin DC regime using argon working gas and 55 mm high-purity graphite target.
