Light trapping scheme based on nanotextured surfaces/interfaces of thin film silicon solar cells deposited on textured ZnO is modeled with help of Monte Carlo method taking into account the effect of light coherence. Spectral response and short circuit current density are computed as a function of nanoroughness, angular distribution of scattered light.
