Thermal relaxation of the ensemble of systems in random potentional is considered. It is shown that even in the case when the evolution of such ensemdle can be exactly and completely, the prediction of the relaxation kinetics based on this description carries an uncertainty, the bounds for the relaxation curves are calculated for a simple system as an example.
