It was pointed out that the experiments published by Salem-Sugui, Jr. and co-workers(Phys. Rev. B60, 102(1999)) and interpreted as an evidence for a crossover between elastic and plastic creep have an alternative, more realistic explation in terms of thermally activated creep combined at low fields with self-field effects.
