Language eng - English Country GB - United Kingdom Subject RIV BM - Solid Matter Physics ; Magnetism CEZ AV0Z1010914 - FZU-D Annotation The temperature-frequency behavior of the permittivity eta'(T,f) and tan[delta(T,F)](5-300 K, 100Hz-1MHz) were comparatively studied in nominal pure KTaO_3 and K_1-xLi_xTaO_3 (x=0.001, 0.01 and 0.03) doped by Cu and Fe single crystals. The possible mechanisms of polarization relaxation, dipol ordering and ferroelectric-type phase transition with a critical dynamic central peak in K_1-xLi_xTaO_3 doped by strong soft dipole defects are discussed.
