    AnnotationThree different cyclooxygenase (COX) inhibitors were found to inhibit growth of transplanted fibrosarcoma in mice. Their antitumor effect is supposed to comprise both direct action of COX inhibitors on fibrosarcoma cells and indirect effects that are presumably mediated by extratumoral sources.
