    Mimosa micro-satellite is the sixth Czech scientific satellite. The three-axial high sensitive accelerometer is the only paylous. Several implemented payload operational modes are described. Possible limitations and risks of the applied technical design are discussed. The mission is a low cost space project first realise at new economy conditions.
