Annotation	Analyzovány byly lékařské disertace na pražské universitě (17. a 18. stol.) a jejich přínos přírodním vědám a obecným filosoficko-metodologickým základům. Ukázal se jasný vývoj od převažujících alchymistických konceptů v 17. století k mechanistickým ve století následujícím.
Description in English	Medical theses at Charles University in Prague (17th and 18th cent.) were analysed and commented and their contributions to natural sciences and philosophy. The distinct development from alechemistic concepts in the 17th century to mechanicism (triturationalism) in the 18th century is shown.
