Příspěvek se zabývá možnými postupy ochrany archeologických předmětů v oblasti preventivní konzervace. Důraz je kladen na zachování všech informací jako jsou např. různé organické zbytky obsažené v artefaktech. Ve druhé části příspěvku jsou uvedeny výsledky vyhodnocení klimatických podmínek prostor depozitářů oddělení prehistorie a protohistorie Národního muzea v Praze.

The article informs about concrete specimens of archaeological objects for which preventive conservation represents the only method of protection. The second part of the article includes results of climatic evaluation of deposity rooms in the Departement of Prehistory and Protohistory of the National Museum Prague.
