V příspěvku je ukázáno, jak skupina učitelů-elementaristů chápe a hodnotí své kompetence v průběhu přípravy, realizace, analýzy a hodnocení několika vyučovacích experimentů. Je naznačen růst oborově-didaktické kompetence učitelů. Podkladem pro napsání článku jsou videozáznamy vyučovacích hodin.

The contribution is based on analysis of several video-tapes of mathematics lessons. It is shown how the group of elementary teachers understands and evaluates their competences in the course of preparation, realisation and assessmentseveral teaching experiments. Improvement of their subject-didactical competence is outlined.
