Annotation
Tea contains many healthy compounds. Among them, the catechins act as important antioxidants. We are looking for a treatment of tealeaves in order to improve industrial extraction process and infusion, especially at room temperature. The instantaneous controlled pressure drop process DIP is convenient for this aim.
