    AnnotationLes proprietes dielectriques des pommes, des fraises, des kiwis, des bananes, du brocoli et des oignons ont ete mesurees a une frequence de 914 Hz dans une gamme des temperatures de 20 a 90 oC et d'un humidite entre 5 rt 80%.Les produits traites et non-traites par DIC ont ete etudies.
    Description in EnglishDielectric properties of apples,strawberries,kiwis,bananas,broccoli and onion were measured at a frequency 914 Hz. The effect of temperature was studied in an interval of 20 until 90 oC.
