    AnnotationIt was shown that it is possible to block all pores pellet by a siutable liquid. Profil was chosen as suitable because of its viscosity and very low vapor tense. Porous pellet with blocked pores behave as non-porous during SPSC column response measurements. This creates the possibility to determine axial despersion characteristics of unusually shaped pellet
