    Molecular dynamics simulations of RNA-protein complex between Escherichia coli loop E/helix IV rRNA and L25 protein were carried out. Qualitative agreement between the experimental and simulated structures has been observed.

    Byly provedeny simulace pomocí molekulové dynamiky na komplexu loop E/helix IV rRNA z Escherichia coli a proteinu L25. Bylo pozorováno, že simulované struktury jsou v kvalitativním souladu s experimentálními strukturami.
