    Proliferation of mouse fibrosarcoma cells G:5:113 was studied in vitro after affecting particular pathways of arachidonic acid metabolism by selected inhibitors. It was found that the proliferation ability of these cells depended on intact functions of 5-lipoxygenase, 12-lipoxygenase, and cytochrome P-450-monoxygenases, and that the effects of inhibitors of these enzymes did not include regulation of apoptosis.

    Byla studována proliferace myších fibrosarkomových buněk G:5:113 in vitro v podmínkách modulace metabolismu kyseliny arachidonové vybranými inhibitory. Bylo zjištěno že proliferační schopnost těchto buněk je závislá na zachování funkčnosti 5-lipoxygenázy, 12-lipoxygenázy a cytochrom P-450 monooxygenázy, a že efekty vyvolané inhibitory těchto enzymů nezahrnují řízení apoptózy.
