Článek se koncentruje na otázku vlastnického převodu vlastnického práva k nemovitým věcem. Je zřejmé, že by se při obecném zavedení jednofázového převodu tohoto práva uplatnil týž režim i při smluvních dispozicích s dalšími věcnými právy k nemovitostem.

The article concentrates on the issue of transfer of property rights to real estates. It is obvious that general introduction of single-phase transfer of this right would enable the application of the same regime as that used in the contracts concerning other material rights to real estate.
